We’re KC and Grace Kaage, and real estate has shaped both our family and our careers for generations. Our families have bought, sold, and built homes for more than 60 years, and our own projects have delivered six- and seven-figure returns. After years in executive leadership roles at some of the country’s leading real estate firms, we chose to bring that experience directly to the clients and projects we believed in most.

Through Kaage Homes, we develop residential properties of our own, advise clients on strategic acquisitions and sales, and operate a North Shore showroom where clients can experience our design approach and source the materials we use in our work. Whether someone is purchasing one of our developments, preparing a property for market, or planning a transformation of their own home, our perspective always begins the same way: evaluating the property as both a place to live and a long-term asset.

Because we actively buy, build, renovate, and sell homes ourselves, our advice is grounded in real execution, not theory. We understand how buyers evaluate homes, where value is created, and which decisions materially impact long-term performance — from structural fundamentals to architectural integrity to market positioning.
