Our full-service interior design firm is for clients looking to strategically design beautiful spaces that add value to their home.
Our clients receive expert collaboration, gorgeous design plans, 3D walk throughs, photorealistic renders, elevations, mood boards, paint schedules, lighting schedules, project management and access to our client and contractor portals.
We offer both full-service and simple space packages. Depending on your goals, our team can spearhead project management, collaborate with contractors, order design materials or create custom furniture plans designed to bring out the very best in your space.
Interior Design
We believe that real estate and design go hand in hand. Our principal designer and co-founder Grace Kaage is also a third generation Realtor and former Managing Director for Compass overseeing all of Illinois and Indiana.
Today, you can work with Grace and her team to buy, sell, design or build real estate. We are a one-stop shop for all things real estate and design, and using our integrated services our clients can leverage cutting-edge technology to visualize a future project or market a designer dream home.

Our Story
We're a third generation real estate family with a seriously impressive resume (if we may say so ourselves!) but we didn't always have historic homes to buy and sell, a tried-and-true process or glowing testimonials.
Once upon a time we were just twenty-somethings living in a dated, alley-facing loft living a very corporate life. For us, real estate was our way out. One by one we designed, developed and sold beautiful homes until one day we'd created the financial freedom to move to our dream location, quit our 9-5s and follow our dream of creating a new way for clients (just like you!) to experience real estate and design.
