A former Managing Director overseeing both Illinois and Indiana for the largest real estate brokerage in the country Compass, Grace is no stranger to building fast-growing businesses. Under her leadership, Compass grew it's Indiana market share from brand new to the third-largest in the state, while further increasing its footprint in Chicago maintaining it's position as the 2nd largest brokerage in Illinois.
A 3rd generation real estate leader, Grace and her family have bought, sold, designed and developed extraordinary homes across Chicagoland - many setting all-new pricing records.
Today, Grace and her husband KC own Kaage Homes Interior Design & Development and operate Kaage Homes Real Estate Group at Compass. MEET KC
KC builds the foundation for Kaage Homes after years spent helping Fortune 500 firms achieve success using technology to enhance and improve their services at Salesforce. A graduate of Notre Dame's Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program and Northwestern's Real Estate & Finance program at Kellogg, KC provides the structure for Kaage Homes, overseeing sales, marketing and operations, allowing the firm to innovate and deliver an unparalleled client experience.
KC comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and business owners. His grandfather founded Chicagoland's famous 'Kaage's Korner' newsstand and never missed a day of work - even in blizzard conditions - for over 60 years. His father founded and sold an international oil filtration company headquartered out of a local Chicago suburb where KC studied under his mentorship for the first half of his professional career. Today, KC applies generations of his familial entrepreneurial spirit to his passion - helping people create beautiful homes at Kaage Company.
