This is for the project you already know you are doing. A new build, or a whole-home renovation or restoration. We take on a very limited number each year, and each begins with a conversation at the Workshoppe, with your plans and your ideas on the table. We can work from your plans, photos, inspiration, budget, or goals, and you will get honest, experience-based direction on layout, architecture, materials, cabinetry, finishes, where to invest, where to hold back, and the sequencing that keeps a project on track. Three generations of doing this, focused on your house for an hour.

We start at the Workshoppe rather than at your house. It is easier to talk here, with materials and finishes on hand, and you can see how we work before deciding anything.

Bring what you have: plans, photographs, images you have saved, a list of what you know you want. It does not need to be organized. We will talk through the project and what it is likely to cost, in the same meeting. Knowing that number early tends to make every decision after it simpler.

If it feels right on both sides, we will come see the property and prepare a full scope, timeline, and budget from there.
